Riad Zaouia 44 is a large Riad, former property of an illustrious family from Marrakech. It is located in a very old district of the medina, 5mn from the souks, near the place of Bab Taghzout, little sister of the place Jemaa el Fna, 15mn away.
The Riad is composed of seven suites each with a lounge area and a bathroom in tadelakt, a traditional hammam in black tadelakt, a massage room, a heated pool of 16m2 and two lounges, one of which serves as a cinema.
In the summer life takes place in the large patio next to the pool in search of coolness, in the middle of a garden of palm trees, orange trees and white roses, in the winter, on the various terraces bathed in sunshine overlooking the medina and the Atlas Mountains.
